We stand behind our products and want you to be a happy and satisfied customer! We always do our best to take care of our customers and deal with all situations fairly and responsibly.  If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can resolve the issue. Please email us at customercare@goujeeboutique.com along with pictures of damaged item(s).

SHIPPING

Processing Times

All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within four business days of your order date from Carlsbad, California.  

PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO COVID-19 AND DURING HIGH-VOLUME SALES PERIODS. PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED. 

RETURNS

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

*Store credit never expires.

*Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date ordered.

*You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

*All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and with original tags attached. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product and stains etc. will not be accepted as a return. Shoes must also be returned in the original box. ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: sale items, swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, and bodysuits. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot process online exchanges at this time. If you would like a different color, size, or style, we recommend creating a new order to assure that item doesn’t sell out or you wait for your store credit to process.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO + WHAT DO I INCLUDE?

The packing slip for your return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to return. Additional items that are not listed on the return packing slip will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit. 

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Goujee Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen packages and will not refund or replace your order. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier.
