Returns for Goujee Boutique (GOUJĒBĒ label return policy below)

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is free, and your credit never expires, so you can shop again whenever you’re ready.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Items must also be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or any stains. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Please note that sale items, swimwear, athletic wear, jewelry, intimates, bralettes, leggings, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once your return is received, please allow two to seven business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return credit has been issued.

We want you to truly love your GOUJĒBĒ pieces. That’s why all items from our GOUJĒBĒ label come with our 30-Day Love-It Guarantee. If you’re not completely in love, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

If you’ve worn it once and changed your mind, that’s okay. As long as it’s still in original condition, we’ll take it back—no questions asked (well, maybe just one: what didn’t you love?).

This guarantee applies only to GOUJĒBĒ items and is separate from our standard boutique return policy. All other brands follow our standard return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Email customercare@goujeeboutique.com with photos of the damaged item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
